Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your parcel. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Return Process

2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the dispatch address.

3. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
