Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Estimated Delivery Times and Shipping Charges

• Estimated delivery times: 5 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

KOREAN BEAUTY LABS GROUP LLC is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit if an incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at suppor@kbeauty.com with photographs of the product and packaging.
